Romantic, Italian-Inpsired Florals at Museum Lab

When they first reached out to me, they weren’t 100% committed to a color palette for their spring wedding. Once we got closer to their date, they ended up falling in love with romantic, muted tones. After sending me some inspiration from Pinterest, Kara said, “I trust whatever you design!”

When the big day arrived, I created a dynamic, modern, and romantic setup for the ceremony, complete with candles, statement arrangements, and floral frog dish arrangements. I also created a beautiful bouquet for Kara that complimented her breathtaking Italian-inspired gown.

After the ceremony was over, my team helped flip the room for their reception. We set up a combination of bud vases and floral frog containers on all the tables, complimented by soft candlelight. We then repurposed the statement ceremony pieces as arrangements for the sweetheart table, bar, and cake display.

My favorite part - At the end of our first call, I asked Kara what her favorite flower was. I was unprepared for her answer, as it’s by far the trickiest of them all to obtain - lily of the valley! Locally, it’s only in season for about 2 weeks each year. We were past that mark already. Luckily enough (thanks to lots of phone calls) I was able to score some for her last-minute! It was the BEST surprise touch for everyone!
